Joan has been my family realtor for almost a decade and has always provided excellent service. So when it was time to sell my house, there was no question about who I was going to call. Joan not only walked me through the process but also helped me get my house updated and ready to list ensuring the improvements would be value added. There were uncontrollable repairs along the way (A/C broke, new furnace, broken sprinkler line, etc.) to the list date, which included needing to hire contractors to complete but Joan has you covered. Need an electrician, I know a guy, need HVAC services, I know a guy, need a plumber, I know a guy.... and all of them take the best care of you! Joan went above and beyond my expectations and was truly a full service real estate professional.

Wonderful experience
We live in another state but owned a rental property in Castle Rock that was managed by Zimmerman & Associates for years. When it was time to sell it, Sandy Zimmerman made a complex transaction fluid and painless. She was on top of all the various bits and pieces of both the listing and the sale. The house sold in just a few days. We couldn't be happier with Sandy. Highly recommend.

Sandi made the process painless!
Selling your home can be so stressful. Between making the decision on moving, preparing your house for market, and finally listing...….However, we felt so confident in Sandi's ability we were actually able to breathe a little easier. Sandi's communications and advise for us, on getting the house ready for the market, helping us get top dollar and a quick closing. Even coming into our house, prior to photos being taken, and making sure everything looked perfect for our web photos. Just a quick look through other listings shows the importance of that and how it represents a space. My husband and I always felt that Sandi had our best interest throughout the process and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering selling their house.

Very easy to work with
She was so helpful and kind. Made the process simple and fun! In this market it was hard as everyone knows but she made it a breeze. Even referred the easiest mortgage rep I have ever worked with. She bought pizza for me and my movers and left me the most awesome house warming gift! Would definitely recommend and use her again!
