I have NEVER experienced the help, the support, the dedication from any realtor like I have from Dave Hettrick. He definitely goes above & beyond his role as a realtor. I am so very Grateful that he was the one to help me through both of the transactions of my homes. Without a doubt, he will be my Realtor for Life.

Michael has been excellent to work with, and we are so thankful for his help! He helped my husband and I find and buy our first home in 2020 during an extremely competitive market with multiple offers. He then helped my parents buy their dream retirement home today in an amazing neighborhood! We were even able to win against other competitive cash offers. My parents are thrilled to be able to begin their retirement in their beautiful new home. We are looking forward to working with him again in the future and definitely recommend him to anyone in search of a realtor. He is quick to respond, always ready to help through every step of the process, and is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. Thank you Michael and team Koz!!

I just closed on my third house with Stephanie. She’s truly outstanding at what she does. She always takes the extra time to make sure the deal gets done right. We spent several months looking all over the Platt Park, Wash Park, and Cherry Creek neighborhoods and she was very patient with me. There was no pressure at all and eventually I found the perfect home. Thanks Stephanie!

Jo handled the sale of our condo, after we had moved out of town. She staged it with furniture, pictures, rugs, etc. Made it show very well. Handled the few inspections items we had and sold it within three-days of putting it on the market! We had 9-offers in those three days. And to top it off, sold it for considerably for more than we were asking?

Michael has been amazing throughout the selling process and beyond working out the kinks effortlessly. He is quick to respond to emails, texts and phone calls and always has an answer for unusual situations. In an industry where stress can be overwhelming, his no nonsense approach and calm personality were much appreciated. If you’re looking for a seamless experience in selling or buying a home, I highly recommend Michael.

SOLD! Dave was great! He helped us sell our Mom's house in Longmont. From the expert advice and beautiful listing, to the closing and follow up, Dave was very professional and helpful. We couldn't have closed as quickly and for the price we wanted without him. Many thanks Dave!

My options were limited due to what price I could afford but Mindi found me a great property that met my preferences and was within my budget. She did everything she could to make sure I could get the property even when things got a little complicated. I really appreciate her help, I don't think I could have made my purchase without her.
