Dave was awesome throughout the whole process of selling our home. Starting with remodeling ideas, recommending contractors, to the finishing touches. I honestly could not have done it without her. And there were 11 offers on my home in the first 36 hours and it closed at significantly above asking price! Chris was so honest and patient with me from the start. This is my first home purchase and Chris explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Cory helped us buy our first home and I hate to think how stressful the process would have been without him. As first-time homebuyers, we had many questions, and Cory went above and beyond to answer questions, spend time educating us, and was available, kind and communicative throughout the process. I think much like most people, the first time they attempt to buy a home is incredibly intimidating, so much to know, so much to think about and a ton of internet forums with conflicting information and more questions than answers, we were lucky to have Lori as our Realtor. She is incredibly knowledgeable and thinks of every single little detail. All the difference nuances involved in knowing what you are buying and what to watch out for. She helped us so much paddle through the rough seas of being a first time home buyer. She took a very passionate approach to helping us find a place and navigate the process as if we were family, She was incredibly nice and helpful and made sure we, and our investment, were protected throughout the entire process, from the house hunting, to the contract, the inspection, the remediation. In Colorado the market is crazy and without her we would have been so lost. She helped us through all of the unknowns and explained in detail everything we needed to learn to get it done. She was so incredibly helpful and sweet we are inviting her to our wedding because she feels like family to us now! Thank you so Much Lori!!!!
