Roseann started with us with a notebook full of comparable listings and advice as to our role as sellers. She helped us every step of the way, from schooling me on how to sign a document on line correctly, to explaining what our title company really meant. She has an innate knowledge of her craft, and always answered questions in a clear and helpful way. I don't think I asked her one question to which she didn't have an answer.
