To say that this sale was one of the toughest to get through is an example enough of Wyeth’s determination. The lender, the buyer’s agent, the brokerage for the buyer, dropped a whole basketball court of balls on this purchase. Wyeth stuck through it and did the communication for all to see this get done. Although, I will miss dearly hearing from her everyday these past 4 months, I’m still amazed at what she did to get us BOTH through this sale! Wyeth is truly one of the best agents you could ask for!

Rike has extremely strong market knowledge and negotiation skills. He focused in advance on getting our choices narrowed so that when we went out to look we had a good set of choices. We had a very short window of time. Our day of house hunting was extremely productive and we ended up with a home that met all of our needs. We were buying from out of town and not moving until later; Rike helped us through the pre-closing and closing process, we did everything remote and it went perfectly.

This was our best real estate experience ever and Juhi deserves the credit for it. We have never had a realtor work for us like she did. She always had clear answers to our questions and even had answers when we didn't realize that we SHOULD have questions.
