We were selling my parents home in Bell Mountain Ranch so we thought since Joan lived there she would be a good fit. Since we moved out of the state I was relying on her team to keep me abreast of the status of things. We had a offer- the day before it was supposed to close I got a quick email telling me to release funds - never a call to tell me what happened with the sale. There were so many communication issues I can't list them all. We never felt like we were top priority.
