Rhonda had immense knowledge of Douglas County, where we bought our new home, and Lakewood, where we sold our previous home. She was very proactive with finding a wide variety of properties for us to look at that might fit our particular needs. Rhonda was extremely helpful as she explained the many processes involved with both buying our home and selling the other one, and helping us work through all of the logistics involved. After we found the home we wanted to buy she was helpful with providing contacts with roofing and framing expertise as we investigated a number of issues related to the house. She also had excellent contacts that helped us with our previous house related to window repairs, house cleaning, and movers. She exceeded our expectations with her consistent attention to various challenges that we encountered and I would highly recommend Rhonda to anyone that is looking for a first class realtor.
