We first met Jillann when we purchased our home and she was the seller's agent. Although we liked our agent very much, we were quite impressed with Jillann's knowledge and expertise. So, 5 years later when it came time to sell our home, we contacted Jillann, and we are so happy that we did. From beginning to end, she was a pleasure to work with, and she was VERY responsive to our needs. She always responded quickly to texts, calls, and emails, regardless of time--even when she was on vacation. She also helped us troubleshoot various issues related to our move--such as affordable movers, etc. She was sort of like a one-stop concierge service for making a move as easy as possible!
