Dave possesses a work ethic that can’t be quantified like or compared to any other person I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with outside of my own profession. I am a Denver Broncos football player and have always made it a purpose to only associate myself with people that understand the ideas of persistence, being driven, and consistency. Dave embodied them all during our efficient home searching process. There was never a day or time I couldn’t call Dave and count on him to organize necessary meet ups, research market opportunities, or even discuss with someone on my behalf the vision I had for the home we wanted. He has a lot of experience aiding in the selling and purchasing of homes as well, and never once shied away from sharing as much as was needed to help us. Rarely do you work with this quality of a person CONSISTENTLY. I am not easily impressed, but Dave’s efforts have left me nothing short of that. She never dropped the ball from selling our home to purchase of our new one.
