We feel so fortunate that we found and used Diana as our realtor! She came highly recommended by our lender, who told us he thought we would be a great match, and he was completely right! Diana has superb communication and takes the time to really learn about her clients and what they want and need. We were really nervous about buying in such a competitive market, but Diana was very reassuring. We were out looking at homes within days of being connected. If there was a time Diana was unavailable, her husband and business partner gladly stepped in to show us homes. We put in an offer within a week of beginning our search, and we ended up getting a counteroffer. We were feeling really unsure, and Diana suggested we take one more look in person before committing. Even though it was incredibly last minute and in the evening, she met us at the home and was incredibly reassuring and encouraging when we ultimately decided we wanted to keep looking. And thankfully we did, because shortly after we found THE ONE! Thanks to Diana’s support, we negotiated a good price with closing costs and needed repairs provided by the seller. She also helped us arrange a leaseback with the seller, which I think helped get our offer accepted! The process was much less nerve wracking with Diana’s expertise. When an issue with the house arose just before closing, Diana was on it immediately! Months after closing, she continues to help us negotiate and navigate repairs needed from the seller regarding these later found issues (even though the seller’s agent pretty much told her she’s on her own). Diana has provided recommendations for contractors and other experts, and has provided consultation regarding our legal rights and responsibilities. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Diana enough! If we ever sell or buy again in the area, we will 100% use Diana as our agent!!
