Kristine recently helped sell our house and if I could give her more stars I would. We listed on a Saturday and by Sunday we got 6 offers. Unfortunately the offer we picked ended up backing out at the last minute because of financing. She the relisted it again and it was sold the next day for more then the original offer. She helped us stage the house and the pictures from her photographer were a great help. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone that needs a good honest hard working realtor.

We used Coupar as our real estate agent to buy our first house and he went above and beyond for us. We were impressed with Coupar's real estate knowledge as well as his general knowledge of house construction and pitfalls such as water leaks or foundation cracks. He was not afraid to get into crawl spaces and give us his honest opinion on any potential issues. When we put in an offer, Coupar was quick to get it written up and gave us great advice on what provisions to include to entice the buyer. Our first offer was accepted which is not common in this tough market! We highly recommend Coupar and will use him again if we buy another house in the Denver area!

Heather's approach from the get-go was refreshing - she is direct and open-minded, asks great questions, and really thinks about the lifestyle of the client she is serving as we went through the process of preparing our home for sale. She made excellent recommendations for improvements and completely handled staging and marketing with her team - and everything looked amazing. Our house didn't sell as quickly as we thought (though still quickly!), and we had some ups and downs with offers. But Heather's experience really came through as we navigated our decision-making process. She is fair, honest, and completely professional, not to mention pretty great at working with married people who might have differences of opinion! You really can't go wrong.
