I found Marilyn when I first moved to Colorado in 2015 and she helped me purchase my very first home. She has more than 20 years of experience working with Veterans, was super personable and was so patient in helping me find what I was looking as I had just moved to Denver. She helped me find the perfect starter Townhouse and I was thrilled! 3 years later I was looking for something a little bigger and decided to head south to Colorado Springs. Marilyn didn't try to pass me off to someone in that area and instead made the 1.5 hour drive to look at houses with me on more than one occasion. Again, I found what I needed for that time in my life and Marilyn was right there with me helping me navigate selling my townhouse while purchasing my new house in Colorado Springs in 2018. Fast forward to the end of 2023 and I decided I wanted to come back to Denver as I am a nurse and I work in Denver so the commute became a little daunting. She has always had my best interest at heart, she is not afraid to speak her mind when navigating the housing market with other agents and fought for me the entire way.
