Renae is the best! She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate industry, the market, and everything a client would need to know about the buying/selling process from beginning to end. She was spot on with everything she told me from the first estimate of what she thought I should list my house at, to how much the fees/closing costs would be, to the amount she thought I could walk away with. It was so nice to go through the selling process and not get blindsided by anything, which I attribute 100% to her extensive knowledge. Renae also helped me bring in a stager to make the place look great, and she also put a ton of time into marketing my house.
