My home search journey was not necessarily "focused" for about 2 years and Stephanie stuck with me as I considered different areas and even price ranges. Always great at staying connected, Stephanie called and recommended that I take a look at a new Shea community in a perfect area that I knew nothing about. I toured 3 different collections and one was absolutely it!... I think she knew more about what I was looking for than I did! I was under contract and in the new-build process very quickly and although the Shea sales team was terrific, I was super-blessed to have a REALTOR in Stephanie that was alongside me to advise. Do not go it alone! Stephanie came to all of the pre-build meetings as well as inspections along the way, offering knowledgeable insights that only a seasoned professional could provide. Landon and his team did increible. I am an agent myself but in another state. Landon was able to connect me with some great contractors that made the process of my first out of state flip SO SMOOTH! When it came time to list they worked magic. The property had anywhere from 2x-10x the zillow views as any other comparable property. It wasn't even close. I'd work with landon and team 10/10 if I were looking to sell or do another flip.

When we first met Rob, he came well prepared. He had a complete analysis on our property. He had prepared an extensive bound booklet with information that contains property assessment by the county and compared properties that were similar in square footage. Rob took the time to both explain the information and answer our questions. He was very professional and never made us feel that he had limited time with us. Rob was always available to answer our questions and concerns. When we got an offer on are house, Rob made the negotiations seem effortless. We came to an agreement quickly and settled the contract. Rob's whole team saw that everything got done in a timely manner from the inspection to the appraisal. We were highly pleased with Rob and would recommend his agency to anyone.
