Dane went above and beyond for me in regards to selling our home. We were on a little bit of a time restraint with an out of state move, but Dane was able to make it an easy process. Very responsive and professional. His quick actions in finding the property allowed us to submit a contract the same day. Walked through the property and provided thorough knowledge of all systems. Closing went very smooth considering the nature of the sale and the way we wanted the property titled. Stepped in when necessary to assist with title documents without hesitation. I recently started the overwhelming process of looking for a home to purchase for my 15 year son and myself.
