I could not say enough good about Molly! She helped us find our dream house, which was no small task. She is patient, hard-working, and caring. She is amazing to work with! She's very knowledgable, and has tons of resources regarding home improvements, inspections, contract negotiation, and anything else that comes up throughout the process. Molly was absolutely incredible. This is the 3rd home I've purchased and she is the 5th realtor I've worked with. While that doesn't make me an expert, it give me something to compare to and she is miles above the others. Her personality is fun and professional. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Denver area market, and she won't give up till she finds your new home. She came prepared to all showings and was always well organized. She gave me a lovely personalized door mat and and bottle of my favorite whiskey as a house warming gift at closing and has even checked in on me a few times to see how I've settled in. Best realtor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
