George and Tammy are an amazing team. My family has been working with them for many years and could not be happier with any of the real estate purchases and sales they've navigated for us. George is professional, timely, and thorough in his efforts and Tammy is detail-oriented with a great eye. Communication is great. Would never use a real estate team other than these two!!!!

I have used Kathy to both buy and sell a home in Colorado. Kathy did a great job of focusing on the big picture and assisting my wife and I to make the most educated decisions possible. The market was doing some crazy things, Kathy was very level headed, calm, and professional among a number of potential very stressful situations. I would highly recommend Kathy to both buyers and sellers in any market.

Michael Kozlowski was professional, highly knowledgeable about the market in Highlands Ranch, and proactive in marketing our home. He was specifically selected over other realtors for his reputation in the realty industry.

10 out of 10! We would definitely recommend Shanon! She made the entire purchasing process easy and amazing. She is super knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for our new home purchase. She kept track of important dates and gave great suggestions when it came time for our offer and really helpful suggestions later in the process. She was always flexible with our difficult schedules and had phenomenal communication with great follow up. She even encouraged us to look at numerous homes and found us someone who could give us a lower rate and save us thousands! Overall, our experience with Shanon was excellent! We wouldn’t think of anyone else if we purchase another property! We highly recommend her to anyone thinking of purchasing a home!

We were pleased with Joan's knowledge of Bell Mtn. Ranch area and advice we received during the whole process. This included exterior and interior recommendations for appearance to a potential buyer. We had great results starting from Oct./18 thru Jan./19 closing. From Nov. 3 thru Dec. 3 we had 21 showings, 2 open houses and 3 offers. Our house was priced properly for market value. There was a lot involved in terms of details throughout the ordeal and it was very successful. Joan and her team displayed professionalism at all times and responded to issues in a timely manner. We will continue to refer her for future potential clients.

I have loved working with Christina. She has accommodated all our needs and time requests and has helped us secure beneficial information in regards to buying a new home. I look forward to working with her in selling our home as well. She came highly recommended by a friend and I'm glad that I chose to work with her.

For many reasons, I've chosen to use Christina over and over again as my realtor. And there's no better testimonial than repeat business. She's extremely knowledgeable, responsive and professional. Look no further, Christina is the realtor you've been searching for.

Christina helped us sell several of our houses. Always a joy to work with and she is tenacious about making sure all the paperwork and details are complete before closing.

Christina is an amazing property agent. If my own experience is any indication, she goes way beyond the requirements to service her clients. I found her to be an excellent listener, fun to be with, well-organized, thorough, open-minded and utterly professional. We were moving from overseas and in a hurry to get everything sorted out. From making an offer to closing and moving in was just 2 weeks (I'm sure this wouldn't work for every buyer's situation, but Christina was instrumental in making it happen). Once the deal was done, she continued to work to make things go smoothly for me and my family. She helped trouble-shoot, suggested contractors, was able to get in touch with the previous owners as needed, stayed in touch to make sure all was well over the first few months. Six or seven stars would not be out of line!

Christina has been very helpful in guiding us to a home buying decision. She is very easy to work with and she impressed us quickly in her ability to get to know us and to listen to our hopes and desires. Her recommendations and guidance have been helpful without being too much. We are very happy she is our realtor.

Christina showed us several houses, from which she came to know and understand exactly what we were looking for. A few weeks later, when we had given up looking for the season, actually, she called and said she found the perfect house. She had! Everything went smoothly from there.
