EACH DAY WE WOULD GET AN UPDATED EMAIL SHOWING NEW OR UPDATED PROPERTY INFORMATION. BILL LISTENS AND UNDERSTANDS WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU! My husband and I have more experience than most with buying and selling property, so when selling our mountain home it was important to involve an agent with just as much experience. Eva Stadelmaier was excellent at evaluating and guiding us through recent changes in the market and was not afraid to partner with another realtor who was more familiar with our neighborhood. We ended up setting the price a little higher than expected, but the house got some major attention and we were under contract in less than a week. I’m 80 years old and never had an agent do all of the extra stuff that Janel did. Going out of her way to arrange contractors to get things done that I couldn’t do. She had a list of people she worked with. They came in. Got stuff ready, fix things, plumbing electrical new roof went out of her way. Even came in and helped Wash cabinets in the kitchen. Who the hell does that? I can’t be more pleased with Janel.

Lori immediately jumped on our request to find a condo with no stairs. She found several for us and we selected one that we ultimately bought. Lori advised us on updates and repairs for the home we were putting on the market. She got us an offer in this horrible market and we closed two weeks ago.
