We had a wonderful experience having Cheryl as our realtor. We were first-time homebuyers and the process and current market environment were definitely intimidating at times. Cheryl guided us through it all with experience and a sense of humor and kept us positive despite the challenges. At no point in the process did we feel on our own or neglected, she was right there with us through it all! Eventually we were able to find the one and I'm not sure we would've without her. Detailed and Professional, Fantastic Execution Not only was Adrian "extremely" patient while we were in the process of buying our next home, he also outperformed his responsibilities and professionalism when it came to selling our old house. Adrian is very detailed and process-oriented, which was extremely beneficial while selling and buying within the same time frame. Long before we put the house "For Sale", Adrian had organized all the necessary steps to be performed well in advance. By the time the house was listed on the market, all the back-end requirements and paperwork were completed so we could move as fast as possible towards the sale. We didn't have to keep deadlines in mind because Adrian was on top of them and he coached us well in advance to complete what we needed to do so we didn't incur any "stress" in the future. We are very process and detailed oriented people, so working with someone like Adrian, who took all that responsibility off our plates, was much appreciated and impressive. Adrian also provides a great Rolodex of contacts, whether it was photos of our house interiors or title company, Adrian set everything up and just pointed us in the right direction. We did have a few unexpected circumstances pop up during the sales process that was unforeseen and out of our control, Adrian took control of the issues and resolved them to produce the same, or better, outcomes than originally anticipated. Adrian is a true professional and has a great personality rooted in honesty and fairness. His attention to detail, ability to manage a process with multiple 3rd parties, and provide candid feedback on decisions regardless of the financial outcome are attributes we found most valued in our sales experience. Carol was very transparent about her fees, the process, and expectations. She guided us on sales price, and included professional photos (including a drone), and a person to help stage the home. We did precisely what she advised, and we received multiple offers within the first 48 hours of the home being on the market - which were over asking price. Additionally, she is prompt and efficient, and is a great communicator.

Stephanie Fix is the Best! I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Stephanie -- once four years ago when I purchased my first home, and a few months ago when she sold it for me. Buying and/or selling a home can be very stressful, but not with Stephanie! In just one weekend Stephanie sold our home for much more than I could had hoped for.
