Moises and his team are great at what they do. Their experience helped me place the right bid amount for the home I now live in. Moises was available, I could say, 24/7 to answer my questions,I had a lot of questions. He was was patient, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. After meeting with Debby and listening to her advice on painting, some minor repairs, and staging; I moved out of state. Debby coordinated everything including the house cleaning, window washing, carpet cleaning, painting interior, etc. She has terrific contacts and was able to get everything done promptly. Her recommendation for listing price was right on for the neighborhood, and I received 3 good offers just 2 days after showing. I would recommend Debby to anyone and wish I knew her for earlier sales.

I can’t speak highly enough of the work Brandon and his team did for my wife and I’s first home purchase. A complicated transaction with multiple moving parts/extended escrow upon closing - Brandon went above and beyond to make it all happen well after closing docs were finished.
