"Like every other seller, we wanted to maximize the sale of our home, and do it fast. Based on my secondhand knowledge of Joan's track record specializing in doing just that (my best friend has worked with her several times in the past, always with massive success), there was nobody else I would have called. Joan and her team were exceptional in every single way throughout the entire process. From our first consult on my back patio (just 7 short weeks ago), to our closing (we went under contract within 2 days of listing, for WAY over list price), she was with us every step of the way. She made the right recommendations of work to be done on the home to maximize sale price, taking vendor communication completely off of our plate, etc. There are not words to describe how professionally, efficiently and effectively she and her team handled the entire process. I would call Joan at 2am in the morning (I am in INTENSE individual...) with a question or concern and she would either answer immediately (god bless her) or respond first thing in the morning with patience, understanding and the right answer, every time. She basically rules. Everyone else from the ReMax team who was involved was friendly, professional and the team got our deal done without a single ripple. Literally zero issues. Again, start to finish, our experience with Joan and her team was awesome and seamless. Especially for my first home sale rodeo.... I also must note; we got A LOT more for our home than my wife and I ever dreamed of. We basically bought a mansion in Florida thanks to her. We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Mick on the purchase of our new home! This was our 2nd time in about 5 years purchasing a home with him as our agent…that should show how much we trusted him! Finding a home in this market wasn’t easy…we were on the hunt for almost a year. During that time, things really changed with the market and Mick was creative in how we approached it. He took the time to listen and understand what our needs were…for us, the list was long. When we’d create lists of homes to look at, he’d go thru them one by one and make sure they had what we wanted. When we looked at houses, his knowledge of home construction is a positive because he’s able to identify concerns/potential issues the average buyer might not see. We were blessed to find a home we really liked…Mick knows how to navigate the tough market and helped us find a home that fits OUR needs. Juhi Johnson was an incredible realtor, helping us to purchase a new home, as well as, selling our existing home. She nailed every detail on both sides of the sale.
