Her communication style is very effective, her wealth of knowledge concerning various neighborhoods, and her going above and beyond to assist us in the process of finding a house and moving to the area from out of state was invaluable to us. She was very easy to talk with and receptive to our many questions, either knowing the answer or finding it and communicating back to us. Her sharp eye for possible issues with various houses was definitely appreciated. Her professional demeanor throughout the process gained our respect and appreciation. For a lot of reasons, we have had to buy or sell a home multiple times over the past decade. We had decidedly mixed feelings about most of the realtors we used during this period, so when it came time to once again sell a house, I put a lot of thought into choosing my next realtor. I knew Spencer casually and his calm, thoughtful demeanor seemed ideal for a stressful transaction, but we were facing a buyer's market and an oversaturated neighborhood, so we needed someone good. His reviews were positive. His market statistics the best I found among the realtors I researched. His initial presentation was thoughtful and thorough. We gave him a tough condition -- get the house sold in 60 days or we turn it into a rental -- and he generously agreed. During the sales process, he actively pursued all angles to get us to a sale, then even supported some extra creative ideas we had in finding a buyer. He was responsive and helpful to all of inquiries. I seriously can't think of a single complaint. He got us the sale at a respectable price and handle a few unexpected curve balls with that same calm, thoughtful manner. Highly recommended!

I contacted Shell as she was the agent listed on a similar property/similar floor plan. We had issues that needed to be addressed, and Shell immediately responded. She was able to recommend some local contractors who also responded quickly. Shell walked me through the process, keeping me informed every step of the way. I was an out-of-state owner, the entire process was handled on-line and by phone. Ultimately the sale was closed within the agreed upon time frame.

Alan and his team did an excellent job marketing my home. He attended all the showings and heard the feedback on my home. He also offered other services such as a moving broker who bid out my job and spent the day at the house the day of the move. He provided his own box truck for my use as well. I was communicated to frequently and the team kept me up to date on all contract deadlines. I’d use them again!
