Cheri facilitated the sale of my deceased brother's property in an extremely professional, efficient and expedient manner. Not only was she working with me and my older brother as co-representatives of the estate, she also was dealing with our 22 year old nephew who had originally hoped to keep the house and live in it with his young family. Throughout the process of preparing the house for sale, Cheri was patient and compassionate dealing with all of us, but especially with our nephew in what was a very difficult time for him. She kept us fully informed throughout the process and was sincere and honest about the realities of the market and what to expect. We received many legitimate offers to choose from due to her expertise and guidance. The house sold in less than a week for much more than we originally expected. As a result, we were able to pass on a significant sum to our nephew as his inheritance. I highly recommend Cheri to anyone and will definitely refer her again and again!

We met Sunny in 1997 when she was helping our son and wife sell their small house in Littleton and purchase a bigger house in Parker. From our first meeting with Damon, we could see we were working with a true expert in his field, not somebody who just became a realtor because the market was hot. His analysis of our home, the market, and our local competitors was spot on. When we sat down for his marketing presentation, you could easily follow his logical and data-based discussion of how to price the home for quick movement, and making sure he had the facts so the appraisal would come in without a hitch. He was spot on because the first couple who saw our house made an offer! I know that is not the norm, but I feel confident that Damon can sell in a hot or cold market based on his skills. I have had relationships with about 4 realtors in the past and never felt I got my value for what I paid- Damon is the first one to every over-deliver and give the rest of the real estate professionals a good name. He was always attentive to our every need with his great assistant Christine, and we always felt we were in capable hands. He also recommended a realtor in the state where we were moving to. Kelly helped us on our first home. We had a very difficult timeline as our current rental at the time was being sold out from under us. Kelly was extremely attentive and showed us a bunch of properties of various price ranges/condition/locations to give us a better sense of what our budget could afford. We finally settled on a fixer upper, and from there, the negotiations got extremely complicated. Despite the difficulties, Kelly was able to not only negotiate a fair price, but also managed to help us get a new roof installed on the house before we moved in, which was huge both in cost, and in comfort. All in all, Kelly was a great person to work with, even calling/texting us after hours just to keep us in the loop and to address the myriad of questions we had in our first time home purchase. She is a very busy person, but I never felt like I was bothering her, and despite the craziness of this purchase, she managed to get us closed and into our new place in only 6 weeks. I'd highly recommend her in any future purchases and if we decide to sell in the future, we will no doubt be contacting her again.
