Ronda was a god send. We have lived in our home for thirty years and both have serious health problems. There isn’t anything Ronda would not do to assist us in a very difficult situation. She gave us honest feedback, whether we liked it or not, delivered with empathy. She followed with us on an adventure to Loveland and Greeley, which we are grateful we didn’t move so far away. She was amazing at dealing with our anxieties and fears too. In the end, we found a great home that suits our needs, without going off budget. It was a long adventure and now that it’s over, we miss having Ronda in our lives. We are very happy in our new home.

Dave was a great agent who pretty much understood he would not likely get our listing because of distance from Longmont. He mostly overcame those odds on his first visit. It did present some challenges for him but he saw them as opportunities and keep moving forward. He is a flat out good person who never quits being that person when times get testy. I would recommend him(and have done so) to anyone in need of a professional.

Molly has to be one of the hardest working agents in the industry. She knows the market and works hard for her clients! She really listens to understands her clients needs and will definitely find the right property for you! She stays on top of things once you're under contract and is a great communicator.
