I cannot stop raving about how awesome Phil Stiner is! He is THE BEST at finding the perfect home and making sure you don’t pay more than you need. I am a single mom, and I am used to experiencing men who love to mansplain, but this never happened with Phil. From the start, he listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Even after I found my house, he worked with the sellers to get me a concession, making my closing costs affordable. Phil also has the best connections. Arnie was very easy to work with. Very detail orientated and thorough. Not pushy and knew the biz real well. I chose him because of his vast experience and all the contacts he has. I am relatively new to the Denver area and didn't know a lot of tradesmen - electricians, plumbers, roofers, flooring etc. and that really helped. I would use him again any time. Kudos to Arnie.
