First time home buyer!! I did not know how much there would be to learn but Susan Bryden helped me navigate it and still continues to when I have questions. I'm so greatfull I had a patient agent who knows the entire greater Denver market, as we drove all over it from lakewood to centennial. When my house was found 6 hours after being up for sale she wrote a offer on the spot for me. Which was accepted, beating out the slow buyer regardless of the fact that they offered 10k more. She speedily moved the process along get me everything on my dream home list and she will for you too. She's extremely knowledgeable in her profession and is a great teacher to a new home owner.

Contacted Rob to sell my house. He came by and walked my property inside and out. He then gave me tips to help improve the look of the house and to get it ready to market it. As I was finishing up those tips, he came back by within two days to take pictures and to discuss the game plan. He said he would be there from start to finish. He kept me well informed on the process of selling my home throughout. Moving, selling, and or buying a home is a very stressful thing and time for people. Rob tried to take all the stress out of it for me. With the game plan discussed previously, I knew what was going on, where we were at, and what was going to happen next. He texted me or called me to inform me every step of the way. I received multiple offers, which was great as a seller to hear, but Rob also gave insight to some of those offers, meaning which ones seemed to be a STRONGER deal and less likely to have problems with it in escrow. His advice was golden. After we decided which offer to accept, he then told me not to think about anything. As it got closer to the end of escrow, he informed me of the final steps. Two days before closing, I rented the moving truck and started to fill it up. Like he said when we met the first time, he was there at the escrow office while we closed. That wasn't the end for Rob. He then stopped by after escrow was done to see how we were doing, and to see if there was anything else he could do. If I knew he was going to stop by, I might have waited to load the heavy stuff til then but I was to excited to start my new adventure in life. Everything worked out well for me, and Rob was a BIG REASON WHY IT DID. Thank you Rob for being patient with me during this process and keeping your word that you would get the job done, and done right.

Brent was great to work with. He came to the initial meeting with me very prepared to discuss my options. He was very knowledgeable about my neighborhood and tailored my options based on this information. Even though it was a sellers market when I sold my house, Brent did not cut corners and spent the time necessary to get me the fastest and most profitable sale. For example, he spent the time making sure the presentation of the house in the listing looked great and he even did a drone video showing the neighborhood and my foothills view. As we progressed through the home selling process, he provided me with frequent updates. I will probably be leaving Colorado, but if I were to stay, I would definitely contact Brent to help me find a new home. I would give him the highest recommendation.

Personable, Professional, with Knowledgeable Insight Darcy was wonderful to work with during the stressful process of selling our home. She was available via text or call at all hours of the day and always had helpful answers.
