I went to Rob with an urgent need to relocate on a deadline. He immediately began organizing all of the resources I would need for the process to, end-to-end, and provided me with options to choose from so I had the final say in selecting the best fit for myself. At the same time, he was searching for and delivering property options to me and was available to show homes to me on my schedule, even if it was a last minute request or we drove past an available property that we hadn't scheduled. He made it happen on the spot. Ultimately, I was made to feel like I was his only client. We fell in love with a house and battled with the sellers from October to signing in March. It was a long process but very much worth it for our dream house. In fact the process is still going on as sellers still have permits to close out but he had that into our contract and he’s still fighting for us and willing to do what ever it takes. Best realtor ever.

We found our Dream home and were able to sell our first home (closing on both the same day) (March) because of Darcy and her being such an amazing Agent!! Tim was very helpful also but it was our direct relationship with Darcy that made the ups and downs of buying a home truly an amazing experience.!! Her expertise and ability to persevere was the reason my husband and I are so Amazingly happy in our new home and will be having Family coming to OUR New Home for the Holidays this year!! Yay so excited!!
