Erica and Jenny were fantastic throughout the entire process. This was our first time working with agents, as well as our first time selling and buying a home at the same time, so we had plenty of questions and no real idea what to expect. From day one, Erica made us feel taken care of. She called us back quickly, spent more than an hour answering questions and talking through the market for our home, and even toured homes, all of that before we had signed a contract. Jenny, another agent on Erica’s team, worked closely with us throughout the whole process as well, and the two of them made everything feel coordinated and easy. What impressed us most was how calm, responsive, and in control they were. Buying and selling at the same time is stressful, especially when your purchase depends on selling your current home by a strict deadline. Because of Erica and Jenny, we were able to sell in time and move into our dream home.
