We went into this with not knowing what to expect. After meeting with Shell, Steve really took charge and listened to our goals. All of our timelines were met including a offer after 37 days on the market. We had no idea how much work to expect at this point, but Steve kept the ball rolling while letting us know what to expect each step of the way. At the end of the process, with the help of Steve, we had achieved all of our goals, including not only the sale of of our home, but also closing on our new home on the same day. The sale of our home went very smoothly. Ben held an open house right away. We do not live in Colorado and Ben was very accommodating to the fact that we had a big trip planned in the middle of the sale. He held an open house which resulted in selling the house much quicker than we expected. He sat with us to fill out forms which eliminated having to call or text questions.

It is a tough and strange market in real estate right now and we truly experienced it! Darcy was always thinking and challenging the struggles. She did a great job marketing! We had 38 showings in 6 weeks and the right buyer came along. We learned that Millennials want to move in and live. They are not agreeable to remodeling and want to see a lot of houses! We learned patience and Darcy really helped us be patient and encouraged us! She is fabulous! 😊
