When I decided to move in June 2021, I had lived in the same place for 27 years. Needless to say the process of selling a home had changed significantly, so I decided that I needed the best real estate agent possible. I interviewed five agents and chose Cindy Bakula-Streeter, which turned out to be the best decision I could have made. I'm not sure I would have survived the process if I hadn't had Cindy's knowledge and advice. She guided me through every step of the process. Cindy is a huge reason why I was able to buy my current home. She was able to convince the owners to allow me tour the home even though they had closed off appointments. We only had two hours to make an offer, and she was able to do that also She guided me through the entire inspection and closing proces. She answered every email and text message promptly and with good humor. I always trusted to Cindy to know what to do every time there was a bump in the road. Cindy was a blessing to us as we approached the sale of our home in a very hot market. From preparation, to prospecting, open house, inspection, improvements through to closing she was on top of every detail, professional and rational about obstacles, and supportive as the process went along. In addition, she was a rock star in negotiations of some issues from the seller of the new home arose, she worked with the sellers agent, came up with work arounds and made sure we were content on all aspects. Now over a year in our new home and she continues to check up on us to make sure things are as we hoped and expected. We recently bought a home and sold a home with Darcy who was amazing to work with. The market was in a very aggressive state at the time that we decided to buy. Darcy helped us navigate the inns and outs. She was very available to answer questions and show houses with short notice. We worked together to put together bid packages that would help us beat our competitors. When it became time to sell our house, Darcy had the network needed to circulate our listing which resulted in over asking offers. I’ll work with Darcy again if we decide to buy or sell. Galo and Grace were simply the best. They treated us like family. Galo went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our resolution list was completed. Galo spent multiple hours (after hours away from his family) helping us to ensure our new home was ready for us to close and ensured we were not going to inherit a large and possibly costly project with our new home. He DID NOT have to do this, this was beyond what any realtor would ever do or even be expected to do. We will NEVER use any other realtor in our lives.
