Kelly was informative and knowledgeable. She was readily available to answer questions and took time to address my concerns. Quick to respond to my inquiries and set up showings at properties. Would definitely recommend Kelly as well as use her again and again! The best.

Troy is very knowledgeable and professional. Communicating and coordinating plans with him was very easy and streamlined. I felt that he had my best interests at heart when representing me throughout my buying process. Would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.

We bought our new-construction home from a builder and I am so thankful Ben was involved. He had several suggestions for items to check that I wouldn’t have otherwise that saved us trouble down the road. For example, he suggested we get a sewer scope and it revealed debris in the line that needed to be removed. I never would have requested one on a new home otherwise. Thanks again, Ben! We love our new home!

Melisa was superb and everything she did for us. She was clairvoyant on her timing, on the advice she gave us. It was an exceptional experience having her work with us To get our home sold from start to finish! We highly recommend her!

I put a lot of thought into choosing my agent to help me buy my first home. After talking to 4 other agents, I decided to go Morgan and I'm so glad I did. She was great throughout the whole process. She was professional, proactive, very responsive, and communicated clearly. Whenever I found a new house I was interested in, she would quickly work to add it any upcoming visits we had. When I finally found the right house, I told her that was the one. She leveraged multiple areas of the offer to beat out four other offers. Even though my offer was 10K lower than the highest offer, the sellers still chose our offer over the others thanks to the terms Morgan wrote. I really cannot recommend Morgan enough. She helped me land the perfect first home.

Working with Ronda was an absolute pleasure! She is so knowledgeable and helpful. She was always there to answer our questions and assuage our concerns and, most importantly, to guide us in making the best choices for our family. Ronda is incredibly professional and not afraid to go to bat for you, but she’s also kind, patient, and understanding. We would absolutely recommend Ronda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Landon has been a fantastic agent in our home purchase, as well as in working to sell our other home. He is in touch with us constantly about the processes and details, as well as current market trends. He is very good at responding to our questions and needs in a timely and professional way. Where Landon really steps above the rest is in marketing. He offered marketing opportunities for our home that few other agents would consider. We're thrilled with the results! We really enjoy working with Landon, and highly recommend his services.

We had Pam as our buyers agent years ago. She works so hard at finding us a home in a very difficult sellers market, she is extremely thorough! she dotted all the I's and crossed all the T's. She was on our side!... which is why we had Pam as our sellers agent! Her marketing is above and beyond! It's what sold our home so quickly! She thinks everything through and advocated on our behalf throughout the selling process, her insistance on details on documents and handling the inspections objections was reassuring. Pam continued through the final closing procedures on the house with amazing detail. Pam is a kind, caring, non-reactive, and patient person. Lovely to work with her. I highly recommend Pam Bent as a buyers and sellers agent!
