Janna is a true PRO… We have several friends in the business, and probably lost one because of our decision to use Janna. She has been a pure joy to work with on every aspect of our transactions. We sold our house with a discount broker and I was looking for our new house and walked into a house she was holding open that day. I was so impressed I immediately called my wife and told her we need to use Janna to represent us!!! She worked with us on locating a house in Highlands Ranch so our son could attend school there. We told her it would be a four year house. She kept in touch with us all along the way. We then decided to build a house in Castle Rock and she took point through her extensive knowledge on the builder side of the transaction. The build was scheduled for completion in December and in April we found a more suitable location. We ended up doing all the things to the house that Deb suggested we should do in the first place: painted some walls, got rid of wallpaper that shrieked 1970s, and replaced worn carpet with wood-looking vinyl flooring in a few rooms (we were surprised how good it looked).
