Mike is just simply wonderful. Great knowledge of the market, extremely helpful on both the buying and selling side. He did a great job working with me to get my house ready to show and bring top dollar, and he is a fantastic person to have in your corner when it comes to those little back and forth negotiation items in the contracts. I always felt like I had someone fighting tooth and nail for my best interest. On the buying side this is my 2nd time working with Mike and again he was extremely patient in figuring out what I'm looking for even when I couldn't define what it was I was looking for. He paid attention to stuff I liked and didn't like and quickly we were looking at houses that were exactly what I wanted, and skipping stuff he knew wasn't right for me. Mike always has answers to every question, and responds promptly to anything and everything. I won't ever use anyone else if I can help it. I literally can't say enough positive things about working with Mike.
