I decided to move from California to Colorado suddenly. My son put me in touch with Sandy. She Worked with my son and myself before I even left California. She listened to my wants and needs. As interest rates went up and the amount of down payment went down, she adjusted my needs and wants and showed me many options in the 55+ communities. She helped me narrow down my choices and walked me through the buying process all the way through escrow. She stayed on top of the paperwork and explained anything I wasn't sure of.
