Sandy went above and beyond with the listing and sale of my Uncle's house. I had to move my Uncle to a memory care facility and Sandy was extremely helpful! I live 50 minutes away and Sandy stepped up and was was so much help! Sandy made arrangments for various services to be taken care of without me having to drive to the house and meet with them. Sandy sent me email and texts to keep me up to date and to ask and answer questions. The listing, showings and closing went very smooth.

Spencer handled all of the details related to our transaction, even when the details didn't involve us directly. He did this so that we could get to our closing on time, which was much appreciated. This included helping the agent on the other side of the transaction and making sure that appraisals were made and directed to the appropriate officials. He stayed in constant communication with everyone involved. Spencer stayed calm and used a good sense of humor that kept us calm and focused. He is by far the best real estage agent we have ever worked with. We've been involved in a number of transactions where folks didn't communicate with us or did very little to help us and represent us. Spencer rocks!
