Eva was absolutely amazing. Albeit the housing market has many headlines combined with other worldly events making family decisions more difficult these days. Especially moving.. We followed Eva's advice on how and when to get our home ready for sale. When it can time to sell- we had extensive showings due to Eva's outreach and networking in the marketplace and in turn we had multiple offers resulting in above asking price. Sam was hands down the best agent I have ever worked with. Anytime my wife and I would text or call with questions, her response was timely and informative.
