Nancy Lovejoy is incredible. Cutting right to the chase: She sold my home for basically asking while Louisiana was in lockdown from the pandemic! From our first meeting on, Nancy was generous with her time and expertise, and she never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question, even though I’m fairly certain I had more than one. She has a real gift for staging, and helped me repurpose many of my existing items so the house would photograph and show better (and she was right – my listing averaged close to 100 views a day on Zillow).
