Nancy understood my goals and worked hard to achieve them. I was an out of town seller and the home needed some upgrades. She put me in touch with the right people to bring the home to its full potential. Overall, I would hire her again and certainly recommend her.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Nancy Lovejoy. My home was a high-end home, but because of Nancy's fantastic knowledge and professional skills, it SOLD IN 48 HOURS! The photographs were beautiful as they showcased all of the favorite features that I loved about my home. Nancy is a skillful listener and an excellent communicator. She helped my husband and me with ease, honesty, grace, and competence every step of the way. Nancy went the extra mile for us as our home HIT A RECORD in our neighborhood's price per square foot! Her personality is engaging and enjoyable. She is the best realtor I've ever worked with.

Nancy Lovejoy is incredible. Cutting right to the chase: She sold my home for basically asking while Louisiana was in lockdown from the pandemic! From our first meeting on, Nancy was generous with her time and expertise, and she never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question, even though I’m fairly certain I had more than one. She has a real gift for staging, and helped me repurpose many of my existing items so the house would photograph and show better (and she was right – my listing averaged close to 100 views a day on Zillow). Nancy’s communication style is very clear, and we were in contact basically every day throughout the home selling process. She absolutely kept me sane, and I am so grateful to her for that. Nancy is a total boss, but is also downright likeable. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Nancy was a total pleasure to work with. She helped us buy a home for a parent after the Louisiana floods in 2016, and recently, helped us to sell it. She was knowledgeable, competent, honest, professional, on top of things, and gave great advice--best realtor we've ever worked with.

Nancy initially earned my business because or her rapid response to my request on Zillow, posted when my usual realtor did not respond in a timely manner. The challenge was to sell my more problematic, lower priced rental property. Nancy's timeliness and her subsequent excellence in negotiating the sale of that condo resulted in a referral to my daughter who engaged her to sell two of her higher priced homes in one year. She later managed the sale of my own permanent residence which sold within 1 1/2 weeks just this month. Of course, I've now asked Nancy to be my realtor for my new construction home because she has consistently proven herself to be masterful in solving problems, negotiating, and gives solid, wise advice during the whole process. She really earned my respect and confidence, and I recommend her very highly.

I have experience with Nancy from the buyer and seller side. She is a professional in every way. She was so helpful with helping me stage our house for a quick sale...and it worked!! When buying our latest home, Nancy was knowledgeable on the areas of Baton Rouge to show us homes that fit our lifestyle. She notified us as houses hit the market and made appointments at our convenience. She always took my calls, no matter the time of day. She made finding and buying our new home a pleasant experience.
