Recently retired, we were looking to downsize. We were very undecided as to go with a smaller home or a condo. Traci was very patient with us as we drove her crazy going to numerous open houses and appointments to view properties, sometimes more than once. We made offers and backed out a number of times. In every case, Traci took care of the details and always put us first. She knows all the other agents in town and facilitated the purchase of this home in record time. Traci was especially helpful in contacting the builder and obtaining information as well as coordinating/communicating with the seller's agent. Months prior to the sale, we had previously mentioned to her that we might be interested in selling our home (in the interest of downsizing) if just the right offer came along. She remembered everything we told her and had a chance opportunity to encourage a potential buyer. Bottom line, Traci brought the buyer to us. Traci is a very experienced agent. She knows and understands the market extremely well and provides timely advice to the client. Her insights and recommendations are always well thought out and effectively communicated. Traci listens first! She puts the client first and represents their best interests and specific needs/desires. Traci did a superb job of managing the buyer's agent. She was aggressive and persistent in obtaining answers and feedback from the buyer's agent to facilitate/expedite the process. Traci was extremely helpful in assisting with the scheduling of inspections, and visits by the buyer to minimize disruptions and inconveniences.
