There were several very stressful incidences during the sale and she walked me through them in her calm, confident way. There are many, many, many realtors to choose from in the Greater Baton Rouge area, but there aren't many who would move the ENTIRE contents of your large, walk-in closet in their personal vehicle, just to ensure you make your move-out deadline. There are even fewer realtors who would then move all the clothes into the new house in the heat and humidity of Baton Rouge in July. Joanie is a straight shooter and really advocates for her clients. I recommend her most highly!
