We used Shawnna 11 yrs. ago to buy our home. We just used her again to sell the home and buy another. We followed her recommendation for the listing price. We followed her instructions in preparing our home for sale. The first person that looked at it bought it at well over the asking price to avoid a bidding war. When we bought, she was patient with us as we negotiated the on the terms and price. Shawnna is a hard worker and is very knowledgeable and experienced in all things real estate. i feel Trisha and her team had full knowledge of what was going on in the field the interest rates were going up and things were changing they set the price and 6 days later the house sold for full price when i needed to talk to Trisha the call was answered immediately Trisha and her team were great and took care of any problems

Trisha Cobb helped us a few years ago when we purchased our home in Sequim WA. Now, we fast forward to selling said home in Sequim. She was very helpful in using comparable property sales to arrive at an accurate and saleable price. She coached us on what to do with the home to make it more attractive to buyers. Ya know how some people shouldn't be doing the job they are because it shows so much in their attitude and how the work gets done? Well I'm here to tell you that Shawnna is in the perfect job for her and will work harder to make sure that you get what you are looking for in a home. When I met Shawnna it wasn't at a good time for me. I was going through a divorce and I needed to get a CMA on my property. I was a mess to say the least. But she spoke to me with such care and confidence it made feel like she had my back from the very start. l told her when I was through the divorce and ready to start looking for another home I would call. Fast forward to many months later. I contacted Shawnna and she went to work right away looking for the perfect home for me. She listened to what I wanted in a home and really took to heart what was important to me. In the market today with Covid-19 and houses being purchased for way above asking price and bidding wars, I felt like I was never going to find the "perfect" home. But Shawnna never gave in to my way of thinking. Even after I'd placed several offers on various homes and got out bid, she was always positive and confident it was still out there. At times I wanted to see places l wasn't sure about and would try and talk myself into them. Shawnna was always looking out for my best interest. She'd tell me, "no that's not the one for you, I'm not going to let you settle for something you're not crazy about". She saw this home, in the area I had said I really liked and were one of the first few people to see it. Shawnna change the strategy on my offer and presentation this time and it was accepted.
