She spent many hours advising us in the preparation of our home for sale, making astute observations and expert recommendations based on her knowledge of potential buyers' needs and wants. Trisha has a very extensive background in interior design which is of exceptional value when acting as a seller's agent. She also has many contacts in the building and remodeling trades which is extremely helpful. At minimal expense compared to the profit from the house, she was able to arrange an excellent upgrade of lighting and plumbing fixtures and everything else people notice. Given its attractive condition, the house sold for full price during a time when sales were slow, buyers were few, and interest rates were high. Trisha is extremely responsive and can always be contacted when needed. She invested an enormous amount of time and effort in this sale and absolutely excels as a seller's agent. We came to Sequim looking for a house for our family. Trisha came highly recommended and we never regretted choosing her. She took the time to get to know my husband and me and each of our children. With every house she showed us she gave time and consideration to what living there would mean to our family including access to my husband's work and my hobbies but most of all she was very good at pointing out that soon our kids school and after-school activities would become central to everything we did. Our twins were only 5 years old at the time but over the ensuing years boy did she turn out to be right. So when it came time to leave Sequim and sell the house of course we hired her. She advised us on when to start, what to clean, what to paint, what to fix and what to replace. Then she helped with staging. We sold the house for slightly MORE than we were asking! My husband and I agree she's great at her job. She put our family's needs first, found us a house that fit our needs over the years and then helped us sell it quickly and for more than we were asking. Wisdom is the first word that I am inspired to elaborate on when thinking about our experience with Shawnna. All interested parties were well informed to help support the overall representation of an elderly client dealing with relocation and medical issues. Trisha frequently visited her client in person if only to check in on her and see if she needed any assistance as her family were all out of State.
