About Keith

I am from Louisville, KY, and graduated from Fern Creek High School, then the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. My first career field started in 1998 when I spent 13 years in law enforcement. I was a S.W.A.T. team member with the Lexington (KY) Police, Senior Trooper with the Kentucky State Police, and a Special Agent with the United States Department of Justice. I received extensive training and vast experience in negotiations, which I have utilized with great success in the real estate industry. My family situation changed causing me to make a career change. That is when I followed my second passion, real estate. I started out in property management for 6 years then obtained my real estate license in 2016. As a Realtor, I still feel like I am protecting people when they make the biggest investment in their life, the purchase of real estate. I love teaching others as I was a certified law enforcement officer instructor and taught several courses. I was a member of the “Agent Leadership Council” with another real estate brokerage, and I am a certified instructor for the United States Council Carry Association. Protecting and training others is my passion. Making sure you understand the process of buying and selling is paramount in every real estate deal I am a part of. I am protective of my clients and place their best interests above everything else. There is nothing better than the smile on my client’s faces when they complete all the paperwork at the closing table and I know I have gotten them the best deal possible. I spent 10 amazing years with UPS with my last position being a full time driver. During the Covid outbreak I started working in the kitchen for a nursing home and moved up to becoming their Managing Activity Director. From the start of the listing process Nick was...

From the start of the listing process Nick was very honest and detailed with what price to list our home at. He was very responsive to showing requests and kept us up to date with all the feedback being received. Nick was able to sell our home very quick and at our listing price. Very happy with the service provided and would recommend to family and friends.

Nick made our home buying process insanely easy...

Nick made our home buying process insanely easy. We just relocated from South Carolina so did most of our transactions long distance but he never skipped a beat and went above and beyond to make this an easy, stress-free process. I would highly recommend Nick if you’re in the market for a new home. You won’t be disappointed.

Having Keith represent me in the selling of my house was the best choice that I made!! I interviewed 10 agents when I began the process of selling my house. I chose Keith due to the way he prepared and presented his approach that he would take in selling my house, and his knowledge of the Fern Creek area. He was exactly on the same page that I was on and looking for in an agent. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, especially areas that pertain to the laws, and if he's unsure, he will double check to make sure that he and his client(s) are well informed. Keith was very helpful as knowledgeable of the entire selling process! He has a depth of knowledge when it comes to the legal proceedings and ins/outs of all the paperwork that comes with contract negotiations. He was readily available via email, call, or text to ask questions and reassure us when we didn't understand something. I feel keith when above and beyond to make our contact and subsequent offer the best it could be. Keith is very thorough and I would recommend him to anyone!!

Keith was the listing agent for the home that...

Keith was the listing agent for the home that we just decided to purchase. We had had a stressful time looking for our first home and many listing realtors lost my respect entirely but Keith seemed honest and knowledgeable from the get-go. He hosted an open house for the house we purchased where he greeted us and informed us with specific details about the house that he seemed to know by heart. Other listing realtors often just read straight off the paper when we asked them questions. I believe the price agreed upon after the negotiations was fair for both parties. Keith just seemed honest, easy to talk to, and attentive. Would 100% recommend.
