Keith was very helpful as knowledgeable of the entire selling process! He has a depth of knowledge when it comes to the legal proceedings and ins/outs of all the paperwork that comes with contract negotiations. He was readily available via email, call, or text to ask questions and reassure us when we didn't understand something. Keith was the listing agent for the home that we just decided to purchase. We had had a stressful time looking for our first home and many listing realtors lost my respect entirely but Keith seemed honest and knowledgeable from the get-go. He hosted an open house for the house we purchased where he greeted us and informed us with specific details about the house that he seemed to know by heart. Other listing realtors often just read straight off the paper when we asked them questions. I believe the price agreed upon after the negotiations was fair for both parties. Keith just seemed honest, easy to talk to, and attentive. Would 100% recommend.
