He took the time to understand what I was looking for and interpret my reactions - I think he understood my preferences better than I did! He was patient as we looked at many houses over the course of several weeks, and worked with me to help me evaluate pros and cons and options. He was also very helpful in guiding me through the process with the relocation company; his knowledge of both the local market and the processes made all the difference.
