Joe Mathias has my highest recommendation. When I decided to downsize to a smaller home he spent many hours taking me all over town to see different areas and dwellings in variable price ranges. It took me a while to finally make my decisions. Joe was very patient with me and gave me very good advice. When it was time to put my house on the market the service was excellent. A person was sent to help stage my house and take pictures. A beautiful brochure was produced. I plan to keep it going into the future to remind me of this long time home. Joe has all of the traits that are needed to help a client move through a stressful experience successfully and with as much ease as possible. I now consider Joe to be a friend and would not hesitate to ask him to render his knowledge and experience once again to me in any future sale.

Joe and his team were great. Joe came out before putting my house on the market to give me tips on how to make the house marketable. My home sold in 3 days!! I had a lot of interest and the marketing was great. The team that Joe has put together are extremely helpful and very responsive. The entire process went so smoothly.
