We were selling after we bought a new home and Lindsey was patient with our timeline to get the house ready to sell. She did a walk through at our first meeting to give suggestions that would optimize listing price and time to sell. Her photographer colleague did a great job showing our house well. She explained the comps that she put together and helped us choose a list price that we felt comfortable with. We were happy that after 3 showings in 24 hours, we had an accepted offer at our list price! Negotiations went fairly smoothly and so did the sale. Selling a house is stressful and miscommunications can happen between all the various people involved. Lindsey was sympathetic/apologetic when a few of these happened. We appreciate all her work and would recommend her to our friends.

Lindsey was knowledgeable of the market and found us a great house after a 5 week search. She was friendly and responsive throughout the buying process and after. The online portal though Remax was very helpful to send us houses that met our criteria. When we wanted to see some houses when Lindsey wasn’t available, she set up a colleague to show us. Lindsey knew this was the house for us before we did and was patient until we were ready to look since it was outside our initial desired location. The sale went smoothly & she helped us contact the sellers when we had questions after moving in. Nobody is perfect & house buying is always stressful but Lindsey made it easier.
