If you are buying or selling, Midge is the best. She helped us find the perfect home within budget that met all of our needs. We ended up with a new construction home and when the cement floors of the garage ended up with a few oil spills, Midge spoke with the contractor and had a sub contractor in on our closing day upgrading our garage floors to terrazo flooring free of charge. She found tons of small items at our pre-close walk through and made sure our home was move in ready and everything we needed.
