Helen was referred to us by friend that had worked previously with her. Over the past 2 years Helen has spent 5 or 6 days showing various properties in the Sarasota/Venice areas. Each time we met with her she a complete calendar of places lined up to show. Being from the north it was important to look at places that were in our desired location and price range. Helen finally helped us find the home which we just closed on. She helped us navigate the inspection and closing process as we were unable to attend the closing. "Maggie took us on a tour of Rosedale and was very informative. She was very generous with her time, particularly since we were a "walk-in" prospect. We bought the house sight unseen. Maggie facetimed us through the house at an open house. She worked hard and well through what was likely a pretty unusual set of circumstances. Her advice was timely and helpful. She jumped right on our case, again from long distance and based on one interaction, in a white-hot market. Because we have bought in Rosedale and will continue to spend much of our time in our native Ohio, Maggie has offered to help us with deliveries to the house and other things in our absence, which we will likely take her up on. We can't imagine a much better experience than the one Maggie gave us, especially from long distance."
