Mom moved to a retirement community and her home was listed by Maggie Nasser. Maggie guided me, as a son, through the entire process to have the home prepped for presentation for sale. Her guidance was critically important to assure that the house was thoroughly clean and staged for pictures and showings. Despite market slow downs as a result of the "FED" rate increases and hurricane Ian, Maggie remained supportive and positive in supporting us through to ultimate sale. While Mom remained local, I reside 1,000 miles away. Maggie kept be apprised along the way and where appropriate, visited Mom for various signatures to keep the sales process moving forward. Helen was referred to us by friend that had worked previously with her. Over the past 2 years Helen has spent 5 or 6 days showing various properties in the Sarasota/Venice areas. Each time we met with her she a complete calendar of places lined up to show. Being from the north it was important to look at places that were in our desired location and price range.
