Upon doing our due diligence and interviews for a realtor to manage our sale, we selected Maggie Nasser to manage our needs. Most people, including myself, worry constantly about things that are either out of our control like, how long will it take to sell, will we get our price, is my agent a shark, and so on and so forth. What many people don't really focus enough on in the selection process or can't is.... how will my agent be in the trenches of a sale, or in the heat of a negotiation, or is he/she a closer etc... and to our delight, we discovered Maggie simply managed it all from beginning to end, and the most rewarding experience were simply the words...."don't worry about this, I'll take care of it"...and this condition arose on more than a few occasions. And that is the one thing we can say about Maggie...whether it was in the interview process, getting the house ready for showing, wading through offer/s/, or closing the the sale, or move-out last minute crisis....Maggie knew just what to say, just what we needed to hear, and did just that...she took care of us! It was without a doubt one of the most rewarding sales we've gone through...and we've been through more than a dozen in our past. Classy, diligent, thoughtful, honest, and trust-worthy, and took the lead on all buyer discussions, and negotiations on our behalf.
